If you would like to spend the night of the 17th or 18th or both (make a mini vacation out of it) we have found a nice motel about 1 mile from the auction at the entrance to Rocky mountain National Park that has offered our customers  a nice discount.  Rooms will be available from $77.35 + tax (this is a great price in Estes Park) and a 10% discount for guests at their restaurant.  They have great reviews!  We are also checking with other motels in the area.

This is a fantastic nightly/weekly rental property with full time living quarters as well totaling 6 bedrooms.  Our customer is downsizing to enjoy life and we will sell the complete contents of the property inside and out.  This is all very high quality merchandise and will include a 1963 Lincoln Continental w/rebuilt motor and trans., a 1969 Lincoln Continental w/ newer paint, a 1967 Dodge Camper Special Pickup Truck all original and in great condition or a very good restoration at some point.
